1. Introduction
Welcome to the Step2Play website (“the Site”), operated by J. Niblock & G.I. Sebastian trading as Step2Play
(ABN 71 959 513 519) (“Step2Play”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this Site, including all online forms,
bookings, and payments.
By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use this Site or our services.

2. Use of the Website
2.1 The Site and its content are intended for personal, non-commercial use.
2.2 You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
2.3 You must be at least 18 years old to make bookings or submit personal information. Parents or guardians
must complete forms for participants under 18.

3. Coaching Services and Bookings
3.1 Step2Play provides youth soccer coaching programs, school programs, and private training sessions.
3.2 All sessions are subject to availability and confirmation by Step2Play.
3.3 By submitting a booking form, you agree that all details provided are accurate and that you are authorised
to act on behalf of the participant.
3.4 Step2Play reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions for safety, weather, or operational reasons.
In such cases, a make-up session or credit will be offered.
3.5 All participants must comply with the Step2Play Code of Conduct.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
4.1 All fees and charges are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).
4.2 Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed in writing.
4.3 Step2Play complies with the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).
4.4 Refunds are available where required by law or if Step2Play cancels a program and cannot provide a
make-up session or credit.
4.5 No cash refunds are issued for change-of-mind cancellations.
4.6 Parent/guardian cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice to qualify for a make-up session or credit.

5. Participant Responsibilities
5.1 Parents/guardians must ensure that participants:
● arrive on time and in appropriate sportswear;

● bring necessary equipment, hydration, and medical supplies; and
● follow coach instructions and safety rules.
5.2 Step2Play reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves in a way that endangers others or
breaches the Code of Conduct.

6. Safety and Risk
6.1 Participation in sport involves inherent risks, including injury.
6.2 Step2Play coaches will take all reasonable precautions to provide a safe environment but cannot
guarantee injury-free participation.
6.3 By enrolling a participant, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept these risks on behalf of their child.
6.4 Step2Play is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except to the extent
required by law.

7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content on this Site—including logos, designs, text, photos, and graphics—is the property of Step2Play
or its licensors.
7.2 You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute content without written consent from Step2Play.
7.3 The Step2Play logo and branding may not be used for any unauthorised purpose.

8. Privacy
Your use of this Site is subject to Step2Play’s Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store
your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

9. Media and Marketing
9.1 Step2Play may use photos or videos from sessions for marketing only with parent/guardian consent.
9.2 Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting step2playsoccer@gmail.com.

10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Step2Play excludes all warranties, conditions, or representations
not expressly stated in these Terms.
10.2 Step2Play shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from:
● use of or reliance on this Site;
● participation in Step2Play programs; or
● technical issues or downtime.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any
other liability that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

11. Third-Party Links
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. Step2Play does not control or endorse these
sites and is not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Amendments
Step2Play may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page.
Your continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia, and any disputes
will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South Australian courts.
